Refund policy

This policy is issued in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

A ₹100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted/applicable for all return requests initiated via our platform.

Exchange Rules

  • Only one exchange per product is permitted.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock and size availability.

  • Products that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance / promotional events are not eligible for return.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per item during sale.

  • Exchange may be for:

    • the same item, or

    • another product of equal or higher value (difference payable by customer).

Pickup & Logistics

Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability in the customer’s pin code.

  • We will attempt pickup up to two times.

  • If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the item to the provided return address.

  • If pickup is not scheduled within 2 days, the customer should contact support.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • in original packaging

  • with all tags, labels, and invoices intact

We reserve the right to reject returns if products show signs of use, damage, washing, perfume smell, stains, or missing tags.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • accessories

  • socks

  • innerwear (boxers, trunks, etc.)

  • Sale items

Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated after quality inspection at our warehouse.

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment source

  • COD orders: refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months

Refund initiation: within 1 business day after approval
(Weekends & public holidays excluded)

We are not responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped parcels.

Self-Shipped Refund Timeline

Refunds for self-shipped returns will be processed within 2 business days after receiving receipt and verification.
