Refund policy
This policy is issued in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
A ₹100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted/applicable for all return requests initiated via our platform.
Exchange Rules

Only one exchange per product is permitted.

Exchanges are subject to stock and size availability.

Products that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Sale & Promotional Purchases

Products purchased during sale / clearance / promotional events are not eligible for return.

Only one exchange is allowed per item during sale.

Exchange may be for:

the same item, or
-
another product of equal or higher value (difference payable by customer).

Pickup & Logistics
Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability in the customer’s pin code.

We will attempt pickup up to two times.

If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the item to the provided return address.

If pickup is not scheduled within 2 days, the customer should contact support.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must be:

unused and unwashed
-
in original packaging
-
with all tags, labels, and invoices intact
We reserve the right to reject returns if products show signs of use, damage, washing, perfume smell, stains, or missing tags.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

innerwear (boxers, trunks, etc.)

Refund Processing
Refunds will be initiated after quality inspection at our warehouse.

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment source

COD orders: refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months
Refund initiation: within 1 business day after approval
(Weekends & public holidays excluded)
